Q. How can I learn physical data recovery from an online course if I need to be shown the techniques?

A. Our online course is not just text, there are diagrams and videos to teach you the skills you need to become a professional in this field.

Q. Is all of the work online?

A. No you will be required to do practical exercises which you will have to be able to demonstrate at the end of the course.

Q. I am a company secretary looking for a career change, is this course for me?

A. No this course is for people who already have experience and some knowledge of data recovery. If you are coming from a different background you will need to first do our Logical Data Recovery course.

Q. Do I have to print my own certificate at the end of the course?

A. No we will send you a proper certificate at the end of the course.

Q. How can I pay for the online physical data recovery course?

A. You can pay either by your credit card or via your paypal account.

Q. Can I get a discount for the course?

A. If you enroll more than 1 person then there is an additional discount, see Discount for more information.

Q. Who provides the training?

A. The training is provided by HDRC a data recovery company established in India for over 15yrs in partnership with the instructor Eddie Lewis from Droid.IT UK.

Q. Can I collect the goods?

A. Yes you may, if you know someone in India you can authorize them to collect them and mail them to you. However there is no reduction on the course price.

Q. Where do the goods ship from?

A. The products / hardware are manufactured and shipped from India.

Q. How long does it take from payment to receiving the goods?

A. The goods are delivered within 48 working hours from the payment(note we cannot be held responsible for customs delays or strikes)

Q. Is the course in English?

A. At the moment the course is only in English, we are planning other languages later in the year.

Q. Do you accept credit card?

A. Yes we do.You can simply click on the add to cart button and make your payments.

Q. Is the online physical data recovery course still available?

A. Yes it is, you start the course the same week you receive your goods.
