Q. How can I learn physical data recovery from an online course if I need to be shown the techniques?

A. Our online course is not just text, there are diagrams and videos to teach you the skills you need to become a professional in this field.

Q. Is all of the work online?

A. No you will be required to do practical exercises which you will have to be able to demonstrate at the end of the course.

Q. I am a company secretary looking for a career change, is this course for me?

A. No this course is for people who already have experience and some knowledge of data recovery. If you are coming from a different background you will need to first do our Logical Data Recovery course.

Q. Do I have to print my own certificate at the end of the course?

A. No we will send you a proper certificate at the end of the course.

Q. How can I pay for the online physical data recovery course?

A.'Payments can be made via bank transfer to HDRC account in India or Droid.IT bank account in USA please email sales@hdrconline.com if you require this information for a purchase until we are able to offer more options.

Q. Can I get a discount for the course?

A. If you enroll more than 1 person then there is an additional discount, see contact us for more information.

Q. Who provides the training?

A. The training is provided by HDRC a data recovery company established in India for over 15yrs in partnership with the instructor Eddie Lewis from Droid. IT UK.

Q. How long does it take from payment to starting the course?

A. After a cleared payment is received the course will start within 48 hours.

Q. Is the course in English?

A. At the moment the course is only in English, we are planning other languages later in the year.

Q. Do you accept credit card?

A. Currently we do not.
